How can I monitor my monthly costs?
You can set a monthly limit to your spend or redirects. Therefore you can easily control your monthly spend for our services. You can set you desired budget already at the beginning of the cooperation. There is an extra section on the contract. Should your products receive fewer clicks than the budget would allow, we will certainly only invoice the generated clicks.
What happens when the budget limit (cap) is reached?
Should your monthly budget be reached early, then we simply deactivate your online presence for the remainder of that month. When this happens, you will be informed via
email on the day of deactivation.
What do I have to do, to reactivate the listing of my products before the end
of the month?
With an increase in your budget we are able to quickly reactivate your shop's online presence.

Can I set a limit during the partnership?
If you haven’t set a budget at the beginning of our cooperation, you have the option to cap your spending at any time. Therefore, please send us an e-mail to
, telling us the desired budget.
Due to accounting reasons, a decrease of the budget will usually take effect at the beginning of the next accounting month.
Can I change my limit during the partnership?
You can alter your budget at any time. Should you wish to change your cap (higher or lower), send an e-mail to

What are the cots of being listed on Pangora's partner portals?
The registration, as well as the integration of your product data is free of charge.
Pangora will display your product on our partner portals (see - www.pangora.com/portals). The cost of forwarding customers from the portal to your shop (=redirects) can be seen in the net click price (=cost per click).
The invoice is based on the number of redirects accrued during the calendar month plus VAT.
Related information on the number of redirects from Pangora is included with your monthly invoice. Statistics on other web services are not included. Redirects from other partner portals are also not included in the Pangora invoice.
